Roller Auctions is a leader in the auction business. For over 44 years, they have been focusing on creating a better auction experience. Roller Auctions has built strong relationships that translates to a best-in-class auction experience for both online and in-person auctions.
Result
The top priority in providing a UI/UX solution for Roller Auctions was to ensure an easy-to-use and transparent platform. This was achieved by updating the design to make it intuitive and uncluttered, displaying all the necessary data for items up for bid, and implementing a user-friendly bidding process. To keep users updated, real-time notifications for outbid or winning bids and made sure the platform displayed detailed information about bidding history, including the number of bids and the highest bid amount were implemented. Even while working within the constraints of the bidding software, we made significant improvements to the user experience, which will increase trust in the platform and create a seamless bidding process.
